Production takes about 3–5 business days after your order is confirmed. Shipping begins once production is complete, and we aim to deliver within 30 days of order confirmation.

Clear, well-lit photos where the child's face is easy to see. Straight-on beats side-on, and no sunglasses or hats. Two or three good photos are better than five blurry ones.

They are stored privately and used only to create your book. They are never public and never sold. We delete uploaded photographs approximately 90 days after your order is fulfilled.

Yes. Describe them in the personalisation step and add a photo, and they'll appear alongside the child in the story.

Yes. There is an optional language field when you choose your book. Leave it blank for English.

Yes. Complete the form once per child and add each book to your cart.

Because every book is made specifically for your child, we can't accept returns for a change of mind. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we'll put it right.
