The selling price of each product is displayed on the applicable product page and during checkout.
Charges in Addition to the Product Price
Shipping charges may apply depending on the product and delivery destination. Any shipping charges collected by Fibblewick will be displayed during checkout before the customer submits the order.
International orders may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage charges, or other government-imposed charges. Where these amounts are not collected by Fibblewick at checkout, they may be payable separately by the recipient.
Payment Method
Payments are accepted through Shopify Payments using the payment methods displayed during checkout.
Timing of Payment
Payment is generally due when the order is placed.
Production Time
Fibblewick products are personalised and made to order. Production normally takes approximately 3–5 business days after the order and payment have been successfully confirmed.
Delivery Time
Shipping begins after production is complete. Unless a different delivery timeframe is expressly stated before purchase, Fibblewick aims to deliver orders within 30 days of order confirmation.
If Fibblewick becomes aware that an order cannot be delivered within the applicable timeframe, the customer will be contacted and provided with any options required by applicable law, which may include agreeing to a revised delivery date or cancelling the affected order for a refund.
Production and Fulfilment
Fibblewick uses third-party print-on-demand production partners located in multiple countries. The shipping origin may therefore differ from Fibblewick's business location in Japan.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Customers who wish to request a change or cancellation should contact fibblewick@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once personalisation or production has begun, customer-requested changes or cancellations generally cannot be accepted except where required by applicable law.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Because Fibblewick products are individually created using customer-supplied information, photographs, and other personalisation details, Fibblewick generally does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds solely because of a change of mind once production has begun.
This does not affect mandatory consumer rights.
If a product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, contains an error caused by Fibblewick, materially differs from the accepted personalisation information, or is not the product ordered, the customer should contact fibblewick@gmail.com, where reasonably possible within 30 days of delivery, with the order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where appropriate.
Customer-Supplied Personalisation
Customers are responsible for reviewing names, spelling, photographs, and other personalisation information before submitting an order. Where a finished product accurately reproduces incorrect information supplied by the customer, Fibblewick generally does not provide a free replacement or refund.
Sales Restrictions
Fibblewick may restrict order quantities, products, or delivery destinations where reasonably necessary because of production capacity, shipping availability, legal restrictions, payment limitations, or other operational circumstances.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Legal Notice, the Terms of Service, the Refund & Replacement Policy, or the Shipping Policy is intended to exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
